BFR Training
for the 60plus

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training is a safe, low-impact exercise method that allows adults 60 and older to gain strength and muscle using very light weights or gentle resistance. By temporarily and carefully limiting blood flow to the working muscles, BFR helps activate muscle growth, improve circulation, and increase strength without placing stress on the joints. This makes it especially beneficial for older adults managing arthritis, joint pain, limited mobility, or recovering from injury. When supervised by a trained professional, BFR can help you stay strong, confident, and active as you age.
