For over 30 years, Back In Form has helped adults age 60+ living with chronic conditions regain their strength, independence, and quality of life. Until now, our services were only available in the San Francisco Bay Area — but that’s about to change.
Beginning January 2026, we’re bringing our trusted expertise online so we can serve older adults across the country.
Weekly Online Fitness Classes
Mondays • Wednesdays • Fridays

These 30-minute classes are designed specifically for older adults who are partially ambulatory able to walk short distances with or without a walking aid, and able to exercise while standing behind a chair or at the kitchen counter.
Participants need to be able to follow verbal and visual cues and instructions. These classes are not designed for participants diagnosed with dementia and other forms of cognitive impairment.
Classes are safe, supportive, and paced with clear verbal and visual cues.
Caregivers are welcome to join.
